Home Energy Report The InterNACHI Home Energy Report is an Internet-based tool that enables inspectors to: 1. Estimate a home energy cost 2. The energy inspector then uses a reporting tool that interfaces with the Home Energy Saver of the US Department of Energy. Through the report, current and prospective homeowners can do some research, make informed decisions, and take energy-saving action on their own.
